The condition of each of our listed items is categorized as either:
New: Item has never been worn
Excellent: Very little/no wear
Great: Moderate wear/no stains
Good: Moderate wear with small faint stain or rub
99% of our inventory is in new or excellent condition. Any item that is in less than new or excellent condition is substantially reduced to reflect the additional wear.

If you buy something that doesn't work for you, just return it, with the receipt, in the same condition, for a full refund, minus shipping cost. No explanation required! Returned items must be postmarked no later than 10 days from the date the item was shipped from our warehouse.
